Engineering Administrator (Day Shift)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support production in processing order documentation and liaise with sales and production staff. Evaluate and log productions details to streamline the production process.

Duties

· Process orders and liaise with sales staff on lead times and technical requirement.

· Comply DOC documents required for dispatch & shipping.

· Process time sheets and analysis data.

· Assist in data migration to Epicor and maintain system via inputting and updating components and assemblies to ascertain production overheads.

· Ensure Operator, maintenance & parts diagram remain current while maintaining engineering change sheets.

· Issuing build reports to production liaising with production and metal prep managers.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge with experience in schematics, CAD and SolidWorks software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office applications.
• Basic understanding of project scheduling principles to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
• Excellent communication skills included but not limited to emails & phone calls.
• Excellent math skills to support technical calculations.

· Engineering qualification level 3 or above or working towards a similar qualification.
