Transport Co-ordinator

Summary

We are currently seeking a Transport Co-Ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of finished products and liaising with Sales Team reference current stock and progress of orders.

Main responsibilities: –

• Organise transport of finished goods
• Organise servicing and maintenance of company vehicles
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with transport companies
• Book and arrange deliveries
• Monitor build status of existing orders and keep Sales Team and customers updated on estimated delivery times
• Completing all paperwork for deliveries and invoices

Hours: –

• Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm
• Friday 8am – 2pm
• 40 Hours

The successful candidate will have: –

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• High level of attention to details
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of Transportation of Agricultural or Construction machinery.
