We are currently seeking experienced Robotic welding operator, preferably from an Agri-machinery, commercial trailer, or quarry products/material handling manufacturing background.
We also want to hear from individuals who have a can-do attitude and progress and show a willingness to develop knowledge and skills as a Robotic operator.
We will provide training on-site over a four to six week period.
Based at our factory in Hamiltonsbawn, we offer safe working conditions & PPE. We also have a subsidised canteen facility and competitive rates of pay to suitable candidates.
DUTIES
- To work alongside the existing team in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Various welding processes in the fabrication process in Agricultural & Construction machinery
- Read from drawings provided and work from your initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driving License (Preferred)
Contracted working hours: Monday-Thursday. 8am – 5pm, Fridays 8am – 2pm, holidays – 28 holidays per annum including bank holidays and pension arrangements through The Peoples Pension.

The Machinist activities span the following key areas:
• Production of machined parts by planning, programming, setting up, and operating, i.e., milling machines, Manual & CNC Lathes, Iron Worker, Manual & CNC Saws.
• Continual Improvement
Maintain high quality standards including keeping records, maintain equipment and supplies
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Production
• Plan machining operations by reading works orders, engineering drawings, specifications and other work instructions
• Resolving issues or queries with drawings or other work instructions
• Operating various machines in our Metal Prep Department,
• Setting and operating both manual and CNC machine tools
• Ensuring accurate routing data and other issues are recorded
• Organising and maintaining both tools and the working environment to achieve efficient operations
Continual Improvement
• Ongoing assessment of machining processes and procedures to identify and implement improvements
• Identifying new working methods, tooling or other systems that may improve efficiency
Quality
• Work with your Supervisor to resolve quality issues
• Complete self-inspection and measuring of components prior to final Inspection
Key Skills and Competencies
•
A wide range of precision machine shop skills and experience
• A thorough understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional/geometric tolerances
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• General competency in computers, CNC machine programming
• A commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications
A recognised formal apprenticeship

We are after suitably qualified spray painters for our busy paint shop.
Work will primarily involve the painting of large machines and sub-assemblies. The suitable candidates will also be expected to carry out a certain amount of paint preparation. Full training will also be provided.
All painting in NC is done in a controlled modern paint booths with 2PK primer and 2PK topcoat system using the best in plural paint pump systems. All PPE and proper air fed masks are used and provided, along with all other necessary PPE. Periodic health checks are carried out on all our spray painters, ensuring your health and safety come first.

Welder Fabricators (Day Shift)

Due to continued demand for our commercial trailers we would like to recruit a Commercial trailer fitter.
The suitable candidates should ideally have 5 years hands on experience with commercial trailers and/or similar products and have a good understanding of air, hydraulic, ABS/EBS braking systems etc. A technical background would be desirable as will experience programming and setting up braking systems. All training will be provided to operate these systems.
Based at our modern factory in Hamiltonsbawn we offer good working conditions with subsidised canteen facilities.
Good rates of pay to the right candidates.
Responsibilities will be varied but include:
- Building new machines.
- Assembly line working routine.
- General workshop duties.
- Occasional site work.
